Hello, I’m Jen, your local independent cleaner. Perhaps you’ve seen me about Studley pounding the local pavements with my cleaning bag on wheels?
I’m an independent cleaner – nice if you want to be sure of exactly who will be visiting each week. I arrive near totally equipped so all I leave on your to-do list is the emptying of the vacuum.
I’m loyal to my clients with whom I have a great relationship and have mostly been with me since I first started Swift Assist.

As well as cleaning I offer additional services that help people stay independent in their homes.
My home help service – where a visit could be as little as an hour a time – is available locally in Studley and is useful if you want someone to stop by, drop off your daily essentials, take your packages to the postie or perhaps give the kitchen a quick once over for the day ahead.
This is a non-care service and while I cannot help with physical and medical care, I am great company! And I’m also good with dogs.

Home help
For people who are happily independent but just want a helping hand with daily household tasks such as washing-up, changing beds and putting on washing, etc. This service can also offer quick check-in visits and the daily delivery of essentials such as milk and your favourite paper.

Regular cleaning
- Weekly (plus): £16 per hour, min £32
- Bi-weekly: £16 per hour, min £32
- Monthly: £16 per hour, min £64
Why a regular clean? A regular clean is designed to remove the dirt and grime associated with a week or two of use. These cleans help keep a well-maintained home to a good standard.
Ad-hoc cleaning
- As required: £16 per hour, min £32
Why an ad-hoc clean? Ideal for people who cannot commit to a regular visit but would like a clean when a suitable slot becomes available. These might be cancellations of regular cleaning appointments.
Deep cleaning
- Whole house: £18 per hour, min £220
- Kitchen: from £80
- Bathroom: from £60
Why a deep clean? These cleans help get the property back up to a maintainable standard and are useful where a property hasn’t been cleaned for a while or is being prepared for an event, such as a move-in, move-out or coming home from hospital. It can be adapted to your needs and might include inside cabinets, up-high cleaning, hardwater treatment, etc.

- Shirts package: 5 shirts for £10
- Single shirts: £2.20
- Mixed items: £15 per hour, min £30
Note: Mixed items include bedding and excludes shirts which are charged at £2.20 each. Please provide hangers. Free collection and delivery in Studley.
Home help
- Rates: £16 per hour
Availability: Tue – Sat, 8:00 – 9:00 am & 3:30 – 6:00 pm. Studley only.
